Appearance & Media Release

Between you (the “Participant”) and Corner Pocket Holdings LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company doing business as Tiny Talks (the “Producer”).

1. What this covers. You’re appearing in Tiny Talks, a video series of short conversations and musical performances filmed on the bed of a small truck (the “Program”). This release covers your appearance, your interview, and any music you perform.
2. Permission to record and use. You give the Producer permission to record you and to use your name, likeness, image, voice, performance, biographical details, and statements in the Program and in promotion of it — in whole or in part, edited or unedited, alone or with other material.
3. Where it can run. Worldwide, in any media now known or later invented — including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, tinytalks.show, and any future distribution of the Program.
4. How long. This permission is perpetual and irrevocable, and it does not expire when filming ends.
5. No payment. You are appearing voluntarily and will not be paid. You understand the Producer may earn revenue from the Program and that you have no claim to it.
6. Ownership. The Producer owns the footage and the finished Program. You keep every right you already had in your own music — this release does not transfer ownership of your songs or recordings. You are granting permission to include your performance in the Program.
7. Your music. You confirm that you either own or control the rights to any original material you perform, or that you have told the Producer beforehand if you are performing a song written by someone else, so the Producer can handle licensing.
8. Editing. You understand the Program is edited, that the Producer decides the final cut, and that the Producer is not obligated to use your footage at all.
9. Release of claims. You release the Producer and anyone it authorizes from any claim arising out of the use described here, including claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, right of publicity, or emotional distress.
10. You’re allowed to sign this. You are at least 18 years old, or a parent or legal guardian is signing on your behalf. You have read this release and are signing it freely.
11. Governing law. Minnesota law governs this release. If any part of it is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
12. The whole agreement. This is the entire agreement between you and the Producer about your appearance, and it replaces any earlier understanding.
